So where on the Gold Coast do you strongman? I can tell you know there are not many places to do it. I know there is a place at Nerang, but that is not generally open to the public. You can deadlift with crap bars and broken plates and Fitness First. You can go to your average CrossFit box and mess around with oversized bumper plates to make you look stronger than you are................. Or you can come to RAW and play with real strongman gear.
