How often are you doing HR monitoring during your workouts? I've always been interested to see what it would be like during a Fran for example. Interesting to note the missed rep/recovery thing a few days back.

Deadlift 1.5 x body weight
Run 200m

time 15.01

Adrian - worn it every workout since i bought it.. during FRAN i dont think it would dip much below 160 or 170 b/m.. when i did tabata row a week or so back it stayed above 170 the whole time even during rest
