19/9 BJJ 1.5 hrs including 5 x 5min wrestle.

20/9 CFNW 1700: 3rounds 800m run 50 toes to bar TIME 34.38

21/9 CFNW 0600: for time, 10 lung steps, 20 pull ups, 50KBS 32kg, 25 knees to elbow, 25 ring dips, 50 DU, 30 HRPU, 30 sit ups, 5 rope climbs. TIME : 26.48 rx
