*'Young Doctors' ad comes on television
Mum: "Sarah! Did you see that?! You should watch that. So maybe then you wont want to join the bloody army so I dont have to worry about you."
Me: "If anything it will make me more motivated to join... I want to be a MEDIC officer mum, not a soldier  "

On another note- I have finished writing up a personal 2 month holistic health and fitness challenge (I have always wanted to do one). It starts November 1st and ends December 31st. I have made a tumblr instead of creating traffic on the RAW forum. If anyone is interested in following my challenge, have any tips for me in any aspect of health or fitness, or even want to join in to a certain degree, let me know.

Very disappointed with how much a drank last night. I didn't drink a lot by non-paleo follower standards but as for myself, coming off a very clean diet, the alcohol and juice was way too much!
The worst thing I found I had the whole night was the red bull. It DID NOT agree with me at all. My body absolutely hated me for it.
I have learnt my lesson though, and I am starting a caffeine detox along with my challenge (which starts on Tuesday).
