Supps: Vital greens, cod liver oil, fish oil

8:00am training
Own amino acid blend after training

Mid morning:
1x Egg and flaxseed oil with homemade orange, spinach, carrot and ginger juice (because I feel like I'm getting sick)

Noon:
Tuna slices in spring water with a green salad (lettuce, tomato, carrots, olive oil)

2:00pm training
Own amino acid blend after training

Late afternoon:
100% natural yoghurt with passion fruit

Din-din:
1/4 chicken (breast) with broccoli and spinach
Magnesium before bed

Water intake was approx 2.2L

I have been following Paleo for 15 days now. I still getting cravings but not as bad.
Paleo has stopped feeling like deprivation:)

10pm(ds)-8am(ds) did not wake up once

2 eggs and 1 rasher of bacon with green tea

Mid morning
Paleo friendly almond meal cake

Lunch
Greek salad with no dressing

6:00pm training

Water intake: 2L

Bed by 8:00pm

I felt really unwell all day, hence why I didn't log. I think it was the almond cake. I didn't train but I spotted my friend.

03/10/2011

Sleep: 8:00pm- 9:00am woke up several times but felt much better in the end.

Supps: Vital greens, cod liver oil, fish oil

Breakfast
2 eggs with avocado and tomato

Mid morning
Orange

Lunch
Cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and asparagus in coconut cream

Mid afternoon
100% natural yoghurt with mango

Dinner
Home made beef mince with garlic and mixed veggie salad in olive oil

Supps: magnesium

Water intake: 2.5L

Rest day. I have a new dog that is taking over my life and I feel much better then yesterday.

Handful of almonds and goats milk

Lunch
Greek salad with Olive oil and chicken

Mid afternoon
100% natural yoghurt with passionfruit

5:00pm training

Dinner
Steak with broccoli and carrots

Supps: magnesium

Water intake: 2.3L

10:30pm- 9:00am I woke up numerous times in cold sweats and in a panic-state.

Supps: vital greens, cod liver oil, fish oil

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs made with goats milk and orange juice

Mid-morning
Hydrolysed protein shake

Lunch
1/4 breast chicken with crushed garlic and green salad

Mid afternoon
100% natural yoghurt with mango

6:30pm: training

No dinner- not feeling well

Supps: magnesium

Water intake: approx 2.3L

Not feeling great today, pretty sick. I think it's stress but not sure. Going to bed now to try and sleep it off. I'll train tomorrow night instead of morning aswell. Over HSC.

Hope your feeling better today.... Just remember in another month you will be a free woman! HSC is the hardest part but you will get through it! Trust me it goes really fast as soon as the exams start... Think of the awesome day we're going to have on Sunday. See you at training tonight! X

Sleep: 10:30pm-7:00am Woke up with a pen stuck to my face. Not picking up a book today.

Supps: vital greens, cod liver oil, fish oil

Breakfast
I was watching Dr. Oz this morning and he inspired my breakfast. He is the bomb.
Almond milk shake with avocado and guava

Mid-morning
Small Greek salad with balsamic vinegar, pepper and olive oil

Lunch
Grilled Chicken with carrots

Mid afternoon
Sweet potato fries in olive oil- very greasy but still delicious

6:30pm training

Dinner
Mixed veggies and a small amount of steak with oregano in a stir-fry style dish

Supps: magnesium and casein protein

Water intake: 2.5L

I hurt my shoulder a little at training. I'm going to sleep with a hot water bottle so it should be fine tomorrow. Thank goodness it's a cold night.
It's been good having the day off studying. I feel a little better.

Don't even ask me what happened to my food today because I have NO IDEA. I just wasn't hungry. I had a headache during training and was just over it. I feel alright now. I'm just going to study and sleep due to early morning start tomorrow!

3 egg whites and a protein shake

Handful of almonds and coconut water

110g tuna with cooked tomatos and mushrooms

Mid afternoon
Blue dinosaur paleo treat

Dinner
1/4 chicken (breast) with green salad and olive oil

6:00pm training
Own amino acid blend + drank aminos throughout training- never doing that again because it made me feel sick

Late night snack
Can of tuna

Supps: Magnesium

Water intake: 2.6L

I love eating paleo now. I love the concept of it...but I really need to think about my nutrition more. Overall I think I am quite good but I notice since having this food log that my daily intake is all over the place.
New mantra: "FOOD IS FUEL" and my body needs more fuel (and more rest) then what Im giving it.
