THU 20 OCT
Snack: Small handful 15g almonds.
Bfst: Green curry chicken with coconut milk, zucchini, shallots.
Lunch: Protein shake with water.
Snack: 1 small Paleo muffin.
Dinner: Rump steak, garlic prawns, rocket oil & bals.

FRI 21 OCT
Bfst: 1 egg + 1 egg white omelette, cherry tom, zucchini, coriander.
Snack: Protein shake made with water.
Lunch: Tuna slices, gherkins.
Dinner: Seafood marinara, tom paste/stock, rocket leaves.

SAT 22 OCT
Bfst: 3 small Paleo pancakes, 1 egg white, spinach.
Snack: Garlic prawns.
Lunch: Smoked oysters, gherkins.
Snack: Electrolytes and some melon and berries to stay hydrated in the blisterin heat before and after our run.
Another snack: Carrots, cherry tom,biltong.
Dinner: Chicken and salad (lettuce, tomato, avocado, asparagus, bals&oil&mustard dressing).

SUN 23 OCT
Bfst: 3 small Paleo pancakes, eggwhite, spinach.
Lunch: Mediterraneon beef salad (restaurant) which had rocket, pesto, sun-dried tom, cashews, feta (but I didn't eat the feta and only had a small portion of the cashews!).
Snack: Small handful of trail mix; can of tuna, garlic prawns.
Dinner: Savoury meatballs, lettuce mix, cherry tom, bals/oil/dijon dressing.

MON 24 OCT
Bfst: 1 egg + 1 egg white omelette, mushrooms, parsley, garam marsala.
Snack: Carrots, cherry tom, almond spread, gherkins, celery.
Lunch: Pork&veal mince, pinenuts, spinach, mushrooms.
Snack: 2 egg whites, blueberries.
Dinner: Chicken and vegetable soup (HM).
Snack: 1 small Paleo muffin.

Bfst: 1/4 apple, almond spread, 1 egg + 1 egg white omelette, mushrooms, cherry tom, parsley.
Snack: Smoked oysters, gherkins, cherry tom, almonds 15g.
Lunch: Savoury meatballs.
Snack: 1 small Paleo muffin.
Dinner: Tuna salad.

WED 27 OCT
Bfst: Tuna slices, cos lettuce, 2 eggs, HM mayo, cherry tom, oil & bals.
Lunch: Smoked oysters, gherkins.
(Early) Dinner: Osso Bucco, parsley.
1 glass of champagne whilst out, just had some stressful news so used all my willpower and stopped at one glass!
Some beef jerky from packet (better option that crap that was available)
(Late) Dinner: Bit more Osso Bucco when I got home (hungry!)

Bfst: 1 small Paleo muffin.
Snack: Biltong, shaved turkey, gherkins.
Snack: More biltong, protein bar (was out being a pin cushion.. :lol: )
Dinner: Beef ragout, parsley.
2 glasses red wine and some panadeine forte - had to do something about the pain of having a prp AND a cortisone injection in my foot :(
