L: 6 savoury meatballs, steamed asparagus
D: Pork fillet slices marinated and cooked in my orange/cinnamon marinade, salad of rocket, avo, goat cheese, pomegranate, oil&bals.
WED 09NOV
B: 1 egg + 1 egg white omelette, bit of cream cheese spread on it, plus 50g smoked salmon, rolled up and sliced with lemon and parsley.
S: Sm protein bar, caramel latte.
L: Chicken, rocket, mango, avo, ch tom, oil&bals. 3 fruit balls.
S: Chicken, HM mango chutney, gherkins. (Confession: had some meringue mixture whilst making it..)
D: 3 savoury meatballs..wasn't hungry after the sugared eggwhites!
THU 10NOV
B: Paleo muffin
L: HM chicken caesar with cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo.
S: 2 fruit balls, caramel latte.
D: Pork ribs marinated in onion/smoked paprika/red wine, salad of rocket, mango, goat cheese, pomegranate, oil & HM mango dressing.
FRI 11NOV
B: 2 fruit balls, 7 sav meatballs.
S: caramel latte.
L: billtong.
S: Carrot sticks, ch tom and the following confessions: jatz crackers, cream chees and fig paste.
D: Lamb steak, with salad of rocket/spinach, mango, avo, HM mango dressing. White wine...
SAT 12NOV
B: HM chicken caesar with cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo.
L: 100g roast pork slices.
S: 2 fruit balls.
D: Billtong.. not hungry today...
SUN 13NOV
B: 2 boiled eggs and 2 fruit balls before my 2hr ride.
S: tin of tuna, 2 fruit balls.
L: Carrot sticks, ch tom, plus more confessions: grain wave chips, corn relish dip on the carrots, and 2 margaritas. Plus chicken on the BBQ with salad of rocket/spinach, mango, avo, goats cheese, pomegranate, oil&bals.
D: extension of lunch...fruit pieces (raspberries, mango, passionfruit, cherries) and a very very very thin slice of my HM vanilla cheesecake! I have to taste my cooking otherwise I won't know how good it really is!! LOL!
