SUN 30 OCT
Bfst: 2 chicken skewers
Lunch: Lamb eye fillets, salad (rocket, avocado, goats cheese, pomegranate, mango, mango/vinegar dressing).
Snack: Biltong.

MON 31 OCT
Bfst: 1 sm Paleo muffin.
Snack: Protein bar.
Lunch: Smoked oysters, gherkins.
Dinner: Lamb tandoori koftas, steamed asparagus.

Well that was 4 weeks and 3 days done probably 96% strict Paleo. As usual, I didn't notice any difference until after 3 weeks. Have lost a little over a kilo which is huge for me. I will keep going for another month, 'til the end of November and hopefully lose another 500g.

Oooh I did commit to another month but my 96% has somehow dropped a bit coz of a few bites of something here and a few drinks of something there..... Nonetheless, will get it back up there.

02NOV
B: green curry mushrooms (coconut cream, shallots, chives, fish sauce).
S: Paleo muffin, sundried tom, gherkins.
L: Beef, eggplant, pumpkin, brussel sprouts.
D: Cos lettuce, veal mince with pinenuts and onions.
Spoonful sticky date pudding (only because i made it...)

03NOV
B: small protein bar.
L: chicken, cos lettuce, HM mayo, 2 eggs, oil, worcestershire sauce.
S: 2 fruit balls.
D: 6 savoury meatballs, steamed asparagus, pumpkin.

04NOV
B: Chicken, cos lettuce, anchovies, 2 eggs, oil, wcshire sauce, HM mayo.
S: tuna slices, gherkins, 2 fruit balls.
Not hungry for rest of day...was sick with a head cold.

05NOV
B: 6 savoury meatballs, brussel sprouts, pumpkin.
S: smoked oysters, gherkins.
L: (late, was at the hospital emergency again, this time for Rhett...) can of tuna, apple.
D: (late) Chicken, cos lettuce, anchovies, 2 eggs, oil, wcshire sauce, HM mayo.

06NOV and 07NOV
Can't remember, but mostly good but at hospital both days and with head cold to boot...

TUE 08NOV
B: protein bar; paleo muffin
S: caramel latte (sachet, add water)
L: 6 savoury meatballs, steamed asparagus
D: Pork fillet slices marinated and cooked in my orange/cinnamon marinade, salad of rocket, avo, goat cheese, pomegranate, oil&bals.

WED 09NOV
B: 1 egg + 1 egg white omelette, bit of cream cheese spread on it, plus 50g smoked salmon, rolled up and sliced with lemon and parsley.
S: Sm protein bar, caramel latte.
L: Chicken, rocket, mango, avo, ch tom, oil&bals. 3 fruit balls.
S: Chicken, HM mango chutney, gherkins. (Confession: had some meringue mixture whilst making it..)
D: 3 savoury meatballs..wasn't hungry after the sugared eggwhites!

THU 10NOV
B: Paleo muffin
L: HM chicken caesar with cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo.
S: 2 fruit balls, caramel latte.
D: Pork ribs marinated in onion/smoked paprika/red wine, salad of rocket, mango, goat cheese, pomegranate, oil & HM mango dressing.

FRI 11NOV
B: 2 fruit balls, 7 sav meatballs.
S: caramel latte.
L: billtong.
S: Carrot sticks, ch tom and the following confessions: jatz crackers, cream chees and fig paste.
D: Lamb steak, with salad of rocket/spinach, mango, avo, HM mango dressing. White wine...

SAT 12NOV
B: HM chicken caesar with cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo.
L: 100g roast pork slices.
S: 2 fruit balls.
D: Billtong.. not hungry today...

SUN 13NOV
B: 2 boiled eggs and 2 fruit balls before my 2hr ride.
S: tin of tuna, 2 fruit balls.
L: Carrot sticks, ch tom, plus more confessions: grain wave chips, corn relish dip on the carrots, and 2 margaritas. Plus chicken on the BBQ with salad of rocket/spinach, mango, avo, goats cheese, pomegranate, oil&bals.
D: extension of lunch...fruit pieces (raspberries, mango, passionfruit, cherries) and a very very very thin slice of my HM vanilla cheesecake! I have to taste my cooking otherwise I won't know how good it really is!! LOL! ;)

Well I've been a bit slack with the posting however I have kept some scribbled notes which I'm about to divulge...

MON 14 NOV
B: Chicken, cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo, mac oil, w'shire sauce.
S: tin tuna, gherkins.
S: small protein bar.
L: (Late) Chicken, eggplant, ch tom.
D: Rocket, spinach, ch tom, goat cheese, pomegranate, avocado, mac oil & bals.

TUE 15 NOV
B: Chicken, cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo, mac oil, w'shire sauce.
S: tin tuna, gherkins.
L: Lamb steak, steamed asparagus.
S: protein bar.
Wasn't hungry...

WED 16 NOV
B: 2 egg omelette, coconut milk, 50g sm salmon.
S: Paleo muffin, roast beef slices, gherkin.
L: Egglplant, sweet chilli sauce (only a little), parsley, coconut cream.
S: sm protein bar.
D: Rocket, chicken, goat cheese, pomegranate, avocado, mac oil & bals.

THU 17 NOV
B: protein shake with water.
L: Chicken, cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo, mac oil, w'shire sauce.
S: handful of Peckish thins wasabi flavoured (big breach of Paleo here but these are one of my very few temptations...)
D: HM pork dumplings (mince pork & spices wrapped in a single small wonton wrapper). I must have had a wine or two..

FRI 18 NOV
B: Chicken, cos, anchovies, 2 eggs, HM mayo, mac oil, w'shire sauce.
S: sm protein bar.
L: 2 egg whites (beaten..yummo)
S: 1 orig margarita (just lemon juice, ice and pure alcohol!)
D: Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta (baked), served with steamed asparagus.
