MT- Black tea
L@1:00- Tuna salad
D@8:30- Lamb curry with salad
1 scoop of magnesium (Thanks Sarah x)

Day 29)
B@10:30- Large Cap. and Big breakfast (Avo, tomatoes, sausages, baby spinach)
AT- Bowl of mulberries, small handful of walnuts and sultanas
Dinner- 90 grams of chicken breast
1 scoop of magnesium

B@10- Chicken breast, 1 cup of coffee (milk)
Snack- Green tea, handful of nuts
Dinner@5- Chicken curry with salad
Desert- big fruit salad

Day 31)
B@8:30- omelet and coffee (milk)
Lunch@2- Chicken and fruit salad
D@7- 80g of BBQ chicken, 2 vita beat rice cracker
Desert- Fruit salad
I think I ate way too much fruit today and I was still hungry after the chicken and the only thing there was the vita beat crackers :(

Day 32) Melbourne cup day!
B@8:30- 60g chicken breast, 1 coffee (milk) 2 tbs almond butter
L@12:30- 60g chicken breast, 1 carrot and 1 cucumber and fruit salad
AT- race time- a few crackers and cheese and 1 small slice I'd almond and orange cake
Post training- coffee (milk)
D@9:00-fish and salad
