Breakfast
1 tblspoon fish oil
2 x Vitamin D Tablets
1 x Magnesium Tablet

1 banana
2 hard boiled eggs
1 cup of coffee


Lunch
Grass fed steak with vegetables
Cup of coffee


Pre workout
1 banana
sml tin of tuna in olive oil

Post work out
180 protein shake

Dinner
Grilled chicken and salad

Water intake 3 litres
