Breakfast
1 tblspoon fish oil
2 x Vitamin D Tablets
1 x Magnesium Tablet

4 Egg Omelette with Spinach, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Bacon
1 cup black coffee
1/2 handfull raw macadamia nuts

Lunch
Grilled Chicken breast with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, spinach)
1 teaspoon almond butter

Snack
Tuna in 100% olive oil (be sure to read label)
1/2 handfull raw macadamia nuts

Dinner
Grass Fed Steak with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, spinach)
1 teaspoon almond butter


Drank over 2 liters of water today.

As Im away from home at the moment I have been limited with my food selection. Today marks 25 days with no sugar at all. No fruit. Im doing this to rid myself of sugar cravings which I get when I eat too much fruit. It was hard for the first 7 days but I feel awesome now. I have been following Paleo for a few years but I have been strict for 3 months now and feel stronger and better than ever.

2nd October

B/fast
Tblspoon fish oil
2 x Vitamin D tablets
1 x Magnesium tablet

3 Boiled eggs
Tin of tuna in olive oil
Teaspoon of almond butter
Cup of Black Coffee


Lunch
Grilled Salmon with veggies (carrot, brocolli, cauliflower)
1/2 handful of macadamia nuts

Dinner
Grilled Chicken with garden salad drizzled with olive oil

2 litres of water over the day.

Cup of Black coffee

Lunch
Grass Fed Steak and Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot in Olive Oil)

Dinner
No Dinner tonight - not hungry and catching a flight back to Sydney. Had plenty of food for lunch to last the day.

4th Oct

No Breakfast or Lunch today.

Have not felt 100% since lunch yesterday.


Dinner
Small bowl of veggies and a small chicken breast.
Cup of black tea.


Did not eat for over 24hrs. I dont feel hungry at all. Had to make myself eat dinner. I think I will pay for not eating during training tomorrow.

1 grass fed sirloin steak with paleo curried vegetables (awesome)
cup of black tea


Starting to feel a little better. Drank heaps of water today. Hopefully back to 100% soon.

2 lites of water today.

No training today, busy with work and at the box....

Grilled chicken breast with vegetables (cauli, broccoli, carrot)

Dinner
Grilled salmon fillet with veggies (cauli, broccoli, carrot)
Small bowl of frozen blueberries topped with shredded organic coconut flakes.

Having the blueberries was the first sugar in 5 weeks. How awesome are blueberries! I will now limit myself to 1 serving of fruit or "Blue Dinosaur Paleo Treats" per day....

BBQ Chicken breast
Bowl of veggies

Sml piece of grass fed sirloin steak
bowl of veggies
small bowl of blueberries

2L of water today.
