2 x Vitamin D Tablets
1 x Magnesium Tablet
4 Egg Omelette with Spinach, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Bacon
1 cup black coffee
1/2 handfull raw macadamia nuts
Lunch
Grilled Chicken breast with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, spinach)
1 teaspoon almond butter
Snack
Tuna in 100% olive oil (be sure to read label)
1/2 handfull raw macadamia nuts
Dinner
Grass Fed Steak with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, spinach)
1 teaspoon almond butter
Drank over 2 liters of water today.
As Im away from home at the moment I have been limited with my food selection. Today marks 25 days with no sugar at all. No fruit. Im doing this to rid myself of sugar cravings which I get when I eat too much fruit. It was hard for the first 7 days but I feel awesome now. I have been following Paleo for a few years but I have been strict for 3 months now and feel stronger and better than ever.
