killer session squat at least 5 time by body weight

Post WOD
milk, coconut cream and protein powder shake

Dinner.......... not hungry

Tuesday 18th October, 2011

Breakfast 5am
* 1 can of coconut cream with 180 Protein powder
* Steamed cauliflower and broccoli
* Black Coffee

Snack 10am
* Omelette: 6 eggs, two rashers of bacon, onion and spinach.

Lunch 1pm
* 1 can of coconut cream with 180 Protein powder
* Cauliflower, broccoli and coconut curry with beef.

Pre Training 2:30pm
* BCAAs
* Black Coffee
* Beta Alanine

Post Training 5pm
* Coconut Cream Protein Shake

Dinner 9pm
* Cauliflower with coconut cream curry, beef and bok choy.

Paleo pancakes (almond meal, eggs, cinnamon spice), steamed carrot and cauilflower, some macadamia butter, 3 eggs

Lunch 1200
3 eggs bacon, spinach leaves

Pre training 1400
jackd coz I was hammered, beta alinine

Post training 1700
coconut cream shake with 180 protein

Dinner 2100
Bolognaise meat on a spinach leaf bed

bolognaise meat on spinach with 2 bits of biltong

Snack 2pm
sweet potato frys with water and protein powder

Pre training 230pm
coffee, bcaa

Post training 5pm
bcaa, sweet potato, protein shake in water

Dinner 9pm
bolognaise meat, spinach, plain beef and I tried some of Maz's amazing Afghan food. HOLY SHIT NICE

Snack 11am
5 strips of biltong 1/4 of a roast pork (300gm)

Snack 5pm
3 strips of biltong 1/2 a rump steak

dinner 7pm
Roast beef ith pumpkin, sweet potato, brocoli, cauliflower and a pudding of coconut cream bananas
