Committment starts today :D

Day 1.
B- 1 egg, grilled tomato, mushrooms and spinach
S- coffee
L- Brocoli, Bacon, Grape Salad
S- 2 dates , Apple
D- Grilled fish + salad

wow need more coffee!!! Q. is almond milk ok to have in my coffee???

Haley I wondered that today as I went through the paleo recipe book. Would be awesome if we can have it!

I'm pretty sure that just as long as it isnt filled with sugar, preservatives etc. it should be sweet...

Almond milk is fine to have with coffee. However, you will fine the almond milk will curdle in the cup...

Also be sure ti check that the almond milk contains only almonds and no preservatives.

You will become alot more conscious about reading food labels from now on!!

I find the best milk to have in coffee is breast milk

Also a few decent size tea spoons of coconut cream tastes ok. Too little it tastes like dirt mixed with horse piss too much it tastes pretty much like brown coconut water but just right tastes pretty good

Day 2

B) @ 8am bacon,tomato,mushrooms ,coffee
S) throughout the day starting @ 2pm :) cashew nuts, olives, coffee, fruit balls, grapes, blueberries
D) @ 7.30pm 1xbeef sausage, salad(lettuce,tomato,cucumber),potato salad
S) @ 10.30pm 2x fruit balls.

Day 3.
B- 1x almond flour pancake, with handful blueberries + 1/2 banana
S- Almond milk Latte - not the best but could get used to it!!! + 1 apple
L- japanese teriyaki chicken omelet (didn't eat rice) with lettuce + tomato
S- Soy latte :( (what to have when meeting friends for coffee???)
D- going to CRINITIS Oh No!

Day4
Breakfast: @7am -Almond Flour Pancake, with 1/2 mango and 10 blueberries
Snack: @-10am -Soy Latte (bought)
Lunch: @1pm -Brocoli, Baby Spinach, grape(12), bacon(2xrashershortcut), almond salad. (no dressing)
Snack:@ 4pm -50gms turkey breast, handful dried fruit (apricots,dates & cranberries)
Training CrossFit @ 6.30pm
Dinner: @8pm - grilled salmon + salad(spinach,tomato,avocado) + small sweet potato

2 Fruit Balls
