Today is our last day... Congratulations to everyone who challenged themselves mentally and physically, who never gave up, had the sugar withdrawals, the awkward moments when you could not eat anything at a friends house for dinner or if you went out for dinner. The extra time and effort it took to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner always mindful of what was entering your body. WE MADE IT CONGRATULATIONS!!! I hope you are immensely proud of what you have completed in the past 30 days.
This 30 day challenge has been a god sent, this has forced me to notice a few bad habits I carry and need to break.
(Correction that I will break) I will be carrying my challenge up until Christmas day, so far I have lost 5 kgs which has been a fantastic result I was not aiming for weight loss but was happy regardless with the additional result. My aim was to stop craving sugar, chocolate and salt & vinegar chips, all i crave now is meat mainly steak, ribs and mangos seems to be it. I am mindful of the importance of knowing what I am eating and how my body responds to such foods. I thank you for checking my log in's to make sure I am on track and look forward to training with you in the morning...
FOOD IS ONLY FUEL...
