THIS IS ROB... Tara, are you serious??? The whole idea of it being a challenge is so you don't cheat for 30 days. It is 30 days of strict paleo.

Another question...

Is the coconut milk you are drinking in smoothies and in coffee the one you buy in a tin? Or is it a special one? And is it "Lite" version?

Hey Sharon. the one that we get is just the Ayam Premium one (in the tin, Asian section at Coles/Woolies). The Premium one (compared to the lite) is the only one that is 100% coconut extract, doesn't have any other additives, vegetable gum etc. Hope that helps xx

I feel like I have been having a bit of a dream run because I am not working at the moment. Things are going to change when I cart work again so I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on how best to stay paleo when:

1_I have to get on the road by 7am to get in front of heavy traffic and start work at 9am?

Or is it as simple as packing breakfast and lunch in a coolie bag?

I hate it when I ask a question and then come up with what seems like a reasonable answer to it...

Pete I was out of the house virtually from 5:00am through to 9:30pm while tafe was on. I think for the whole year I bought my lunch and dinner maybe 4 or 5 times.
6 pack fitness make these excellent lunch boxes that have saved my life.

They come in a three pack and six pack. If your interested I could get it for you for probably $50-$60. It has so much storage and comes with snaplock containers and everything lol
But anyways that really helped me not only eat decent but also save money haha!!

Thanks Sarah
The pack sounds great. I wonder if you could bring it along one day to training? They are quoting $90 - just a bit more than I can do right now but still sounds like the way to go for sure.
