Pre-training - apple, coffee and water

breakfast except it's not really breaking the fast, that happened earlier on...really...just saying
heated up the left overs and finished off some salad
7pm
Dinner - home made meatloaf
Beef mince, carrot, zucchini, mushroom, garlic chives, chilli, onion, bacon bits
If I make it again I will leave the bacon bits slightly larger then fried till they are crunchy; this time they were chopped too fine to make any sort of impact.
