slowcooked tomatoe, spinahc, celery, lettuce, cabbage with 1/2 chicken breat chilli and garlic

These are the egg whites I got from Woolworths. So much easier and convenient and taste exactly the same.

How much are they? I looked for something like that ages ago but couldn't ever find anything..

Egg white carton costs around $6. It comes frozen.

Just defrost and use as needed.

It has the whites of 36 eggs in each carton.
