handful of almonds, peacans, walnuts, maccadamias, brazil nuts, gogi berries, sunflowers seeds, linseeds

lunch
steamed veggies carrot, brocoli, cauliflower
100g tuna
handful of almonds, peacans, walnuts, maccadamias, brazil nuts, gogi berries, sunflowers seeds, linseeds

afternoon tea
steamed veggies carrot, brocoli, cauliflower
100g tuna
handful of almonds, peacans, walnuts, maccadamias, brazil nuts, gogi berries, sunflowers seeds, linseeds

snack
half carrot
boiled egg
small handful of almonds, peacans, walnuts, maccadamias, brazil nuts, gogi berries, sunflowers seeds, linseeds

dinner
orange, apple, watermelon, red grapes rockmelon, brocoli, cauliflower
chicken breast

small amount of maccadamias, walnuts, peacans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, seasame seeds, gogi berries (my trail mix)

Post training
3 of:
lettuce wraps with roast beef cuccumber and avacardo

Breakfast
3 oranges, 1 apple, 1 carrot
4 egg omlette with seasame seeds
small amount of maccadamias, walnuts, peacans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, seasame seeds, gogi berries (my trail mix)

lunch
mixed vegetables, carrot, brocoli, cauliflower, pumkin
100g tuna
trail mix

snack
2 oranges
chicken breast grilled
handful of trail mix

dinner
1/4 watermelon, 1/4 rockmelon, handfull of grapes
100g tuna
large handful of trail mix

Mate im glad youve started posting ur food intake. i know ill b keep a quiet eye on how u do it n taking a leaf out of your book to make some changes to the way ive been fueling myself. is it asking too much if you could maybe add a note at the bottom once in a while re- the prep that went into that days food or if u manage to make it on the run, carry it with you in an esky or buy take aways...?
