Program it in Rob, lets f@#$ this bitch.

Dan what about John, Dane and Michael all can do HSPU pretty well, and i'm sure as soon as jase can maintain staying upsidedown he'll smash it....

Hey rob,

John F 1 Feb 10 - Helen 7.57 beats Benny B into 3 place on leaderboad by 1 sec (evey second counts boys),
Kez 09 Feb 10 - FGB 347 Dan you miss the leaderboard by 3 reps

I think FGB should be done at 35 kgs and Fran at 45kg for the boys next time erasing all previous scores.

Kelly from 4 Feb 10

John S 23.02
Kez 25.42
Dan D 27.20

Unfortunatey the girls times are unusable because of differing standards for the Wall Ball, next time we'll set the standard; 5kg ball to hit the 3m target.

They are pretty good at HSPU's, but I know im better, Daz was the only one that beat me last time we did max HSPU's in 15 minutes, and only by 1, hopefully enough to outdo their DL strength.

Contrary to popular belief, I usually think about things before I gob off and throw down a challenge......

Its you im after, chocco hater.

Oh and after last night - I reserve the right to avoid all challenges until I can at least walk properly.....

I think Rob was thinking about making it unpartitioned for the shirt. Damn
But at least if its partitioned its the same amount of work in less time... unpartitioned basically makes it a muscular endurance effort and brings the intensity down a bit... I recall wearing a HR monitor for Murph last time and avg well over 175bpm (90% OF max... and yes i know that heart rate is only one inidcator of intensity and not a super accuarate one at that.) And hey i am of course just trying to make sure that i don't have to re do murph for my shirt... Oh I am coming back for the month of April.

Good!
And agreed, most of last night was just pain and working through, waiting for arms to recover a bit then working through some more pushups/pullups for example. The partitioning means we move constantly.

Incidentally, I took 53 minutes to do it partitioned with rowing, and 49 last night unpartitioned runnning. Not even sure if that means anything come to think about it, cant really compare apples to bananas. I will now return to nerd work.

If "Murph" does go up I did it "unpartitioned" as you call it (all pullups, all pushups then all squats) on Xmas Eve for 53.04min.
