With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Three Rounds

13min + 11 reps, 10min+ 8 reps, 8min +4 reps

Metcon WOD
one round for time:
500m row or 500m run
30 burpees
10 push press/push jerk 75/35kg

scaling weights 1= 60/30. 2= 50/25, 3= 40/20
