Clean and Jerk =====> PR 90kg


For time: (12min cut off)
20 cleans 80kg
30 hands to head burpees
40 KB swings
50 double unders
Did not finish. Ran out of time at 35 swings. Finished it off though.

5 min AMRAP Toes to Bars
52 reps
