40kg Thruster, 5 reps
40kg Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
40kg Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

L4 8 rounds + 2 thruster

35mWalking lunge, carrying 20kg plate

24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps

15kg Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

I did 15kg the first set. 10kg on the next 3 sets. First set of pullups slow me down heaps.

70kg - I felt that I could have pushed more but I used up my 5 sets.

+ Finisher (Sled run dragging 40kg up an incline.)

Need to work on handstand push ups more. My only limiting factor. Deadlifts were easy.

During the session perform 5 burpees on the minute every minute until THRUSTERS complete

Level 1- 30/20 (2 burpees)
Level 2- 35/25 (3 burpees)
level 3 and 4- 40/30 (5 burpees)

12 overhead squat (40kg)

15 deadlifts (130kg)


Did first 5 reps at 130kg. Would have taken me forever to do. I dropped to 100kg after that.

Those 60kg thrusters slowed me down heaps.


3rd November 2009

Run 800 meters
15 left-legged pistols
15 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
12 left-legged pistols
12 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
9 right-legged pistols
9 left legged pistols
25 sit-ups
Run 800 meters

Rx'd was 24kg. Did 16kg Pistols. Good range - hamstrings to calves.

22min 08sec. Good time considering I did them weighted.


4th November 2009

My own WOD.

AMRP
20 push ups (30-40sec rest between sets)
Complete until failure to complete sets of 20s.

Total: 347.


6th November 2009

Sumo deadlift highpull 40kgs, 21 reps
