First RAW session.

10, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 Hang Power Clean 180sec rest between

Rest 10 min

5 Rounds: 5 Split Power Cleans @ 85kgs + 10 Box Jumps (BJs) @ 3 tires


Results:

75kg hang power clean

Metcon: 9min 26sec

RAW S&C

Jump Rope Barefoot 10 min, mixing in variables of DU's, Cross Overs, single foot, running.

3 x's 1min efforts 1:1:1 hollow rock with broom stick, supermans, prone holds

Ring Work: Muscle Ups 5 x 5 strict if you can or kipping and Iron Cross Work 3 x 3-5 working into lowest position possible for Iron Cross

Need a lot of work with core. Prone Holds were hard. Too tired to do any muscle ups.

RAW S&C

build up to Front Squat 1 set of 20 with a weight you should only really be able to do 10 with... Do not re-rack weight. Either lift it or fall over trying!

60kg did 10 reps. My wrists couldn't handle it and it would just slip down. Continued on for a couple reps though but didn't count. Did them with arms across my chest. Worked well for a bit then sweat made me drop it.

RAW Endurance

Tabata
20 seconds on 10 seconds off. For 8 rounds. Max distance covered.

1140metres in total.

5 wall walks (start standing up back to the wall about 1metre. Lean back until hands come in contact with wall. Walk your way down as deep as you can. Reaching the floor is your ultimate goal. Walk back up the wall with out falling. That is 1 wall walk). Rest as needed between

10 min AMRAP:

3 x 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 lunges

4 x 10m suicides

Results: Three Rounds + 7 lunges from first set of modified Cindy.


Finisher: Death by 10 metres.
10 metre sprints. One sprint is added every minute.

Got up to 14 minutes. (Completely no energy to continue)

Forgot to do it yesterday. Todays workout included + 100 pushups. Total 500 this week.

Snatch: 5, 5, 3, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 (pr or fail) rest 180sec between

40kg, 40kg, 45kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 62.5kg FAILED.

Rest 5 min

Tabata (20:10) alternating between push ups and pull ups for 8 rounds total. You wiLl accomplish 4 sets of push ups and pull ups. Only low score of each set is counted.

8 pullups, 8 pushups


RAW Endurance

Choose ONE of the Following Sports:

Swim, Bike, Run, C2

Cover as much distance as possible in each of the specified time intervals.

6min TT
3 min rest
4 min TT
2 min rest
1min TT
30 sec rest
30 sec TT
15 sec rest
15 sec TT

Not too sure about distance. I used Google Earth. 2945 metres. Tough Tough workout especially after Metcon.

3 x 800m runs with S10 Respirator.

First - 3min 14sec
Second - 3 minutes 29sec
Third- 3minutes 37sec

So different in a gas mask. When I want to push I don't have to strength to push on from lack of oxygen.


15th January, 2010

CHELSEA

each min on the minute for 30min

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

24 rounds out of 30. Failed 6.
