Deadlift @ 100kg
Handstand Pushups (with 15 kilo plate as measure to make it consistent - scaled depth)

Time: 21min 03sec

Need to work on my handstand pushups a lot more.


Finisher

Team Finisher
With a 3 kilo dumb bell as a baton.

3 laps each with final lap encompassing the ramps in the final run.

Yeah Tom. I might need a few good core workouts. Any tips?

Do you need to see things to know that they work Tara? :P

I dunno about "AMAZING CORE BLOWING SHREDDED ABS WORKOUTS"
But maybe some prone holds/ghd situps (done ine a slow controlled fashion, possibly adding weight) might help? at 2-3 sessions a week?
Do now what others don't,
So later on you will have what others won't.

8 kettlebell swings 2 pood (32kg)

5 rounds. Only got a couple of muscle ups in. Handstand pushups were shit.


Death by 10 metres.

16 minutes. Missed out on 17.

Did all 10 sets.

RAW S&C

Get Kettlebells at 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg, and 36kg, or Dumbells as close to kettlebell weight as possible.

For time do 21 pull ups w/ 12kg, 18 pull ups w/ 16kg, 15 pull ups w/ 20kg, 12 pull ups w/ 24kg, 9 pull ups w/ 28kg, 6 pull ups w/ 32kg, and 3 pull ups w/ 36kg. You may switch grip to chin ups, or use a switch grip.

34min 30sec (Last set of 3s with 32kg)


Push up WOD
Increments of 3 push ups every minute.

Got up to 24 + 12 pushups
Total: 120 pushups.


Short Finisher Metcon

With 9kg Medicine Ball run up the ramp (Rick, Andy and I started when the first of the others have finished their medicine ball burpee press)
10 medicine ball burpee press
200m run
10 medicine ball burpee press
down the ramp and back up
10 burpees
200m run
10 burpees

Final time - 5min 57sec (minus whatever time it took for the first person to finish their ramp run and burpee press say about 1 minute??)

1/4 Bodyweight Dumbell's for weight (Did it at 20kg)
