Apparently I didn't do them properly. Haha. 7 rounds of the following without dropping the bar is counted as 1.
But I did them as per round so my weights would have been a lot lower if I did them properly.

5 Rounds
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squat
3 Push Press
3 Back Squat
3 Push Press

40kg, 60kg, 60kg, 50kg, 50kg


2.4 km run in Patrol Order ====> 12.02

2.4km Clean Skin ====> 9.18 PR!!!!


9th February 2010

400 metre run
21 KB swing 1.5 pood
12 pullups

Subbed run with 400m row and 25kg Dumbell for KB.

12min 35sec. Slow Slow time compared to previous Helen time. But last time I did with run and had actual kettlebells which we could drop. Can't drop dumbells at a globo gym.

6 x 2 reps of Snatch on every minute.
@ 50kg

24kg Kettlebell Swings 30 secs on : 30 secs off for 5 rounds
17, 17, 17, 16, 17 = 84 swings in total.

Have not felt like this in a while. Been off Crossfit for too long. Poor result.

weak abs need to train abdominal muscles more

Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups (turn outs)
10 forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating (10 each leg)
10 Handstand push ups

1 round plus 4 muscle ups

took me a long time to get my first muscle up...eventually remembered how to do them. Ran out of time at the end. Rolls, Pistols and Handstand pushup didn't take too long.

754 metres. Long full strokes worked well. Maybe faster but full strokes next time.

60kg. Could almost snatch 65kg...but can't squat it up fully.
