METABOLIC CONDITIONING

30 double unders

Max rounds and reps in eight minutes of:
4 Handstand push-ups
32kg Kettlebell swing, 8 reps
12 toes to bar ( I did 15 instead I dunno why )
[B] POWER

10mins to reach 1rep Squat clean thruster

[C] CORE

100 hollow rocks




As rx'd 4 rounds + 2 reps

80kg squat thruster...too fatigued to do anymore

100 hollow rocks too like forever...

[B] METABOLIC CONDITIONING

AMRAP 4 min with 1 min break.
repeat AMRAP 4 min for a total of 3 times ie 12min work time

7 Unbroken Power Clean 50/35kg
7 Unbroken Chest to bar Pull Ups

*These are unbroken, touch and go power cleans. If you let go of the bar during the set with either power cleans or pull ups then that part of the round does not count and you will restart that section.


A - 3 sets of 70kg

B - 7 rounds.

Clean, 1 rep (10mins) =====> 90kg (could have done 95 but no time)

Bench press, 1 rep (10mins) =======> 80kg (considering we don't do bench press much)

Overhead squat, 1 rep (10mins) ========> 65kg (no time)

1 RM Snatch =====> 65kg (no time as was sharing bar with 4 other people and used up all 3 attempts too rushed) Off the record 70kg.

1 RM Clean and Jerk =======> 85kg

Death by Clean and Jerk
Add one rep every minute on the minute. Do until fail to achieve reps within minute.
