30th July 2009 - First session at Crossfit Norwest

Eva

800m run
30 kettlebell swings 32kg
30 pull ups

51min 16 secs with 24kg KB

I have to say this workout is particularly hard.

400m run
21 KB swings (24kg)
15 Knees to elbows
9 Ring Dips

18min 32sec


1st August 2009

10km run.

Crappy time of 59min 21secs

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell swings 32kg

8 rounds + 1 muscle up sub

11th August 2009

Time: 9min 18sec

Hopefully I'll shed a few minutes off this time the next time I attempt this!

Don't know what time I got. But finished last for both. Not gonna finish last next time!

WOD 2
3 rounds for time.
10 x deadlifts @ 80kg (current body weight ~70kg)
10 x kettlebell swings @ 24kg
10 x chin to bar pullups

30 muscle ups for time. (substitute muscle ups)
