Not sure if this is a motivational quoet as such but surely a shirt idea perhaps...? Comes from an article on an affilliate site that discusses how often to train....in doing so the author differentiates different athletes and their needs. Here is his description of Firebreathing Frank (Rob):
Firebreathing Frank is training for the CrossFit Games. He sleeps 9 hours each night after reading any new articles on the CrossFit Journal and finishing a 5-block Zone meal. Some training days he doubles up with a morning and afternoon WOD. Some rest days he may run/row 5k at a slow pace or do 8 rounds of Cindy (not for time) just to stay loose. He pisses excellence and eats babies, but only if they’re Paleo.

Yeh I'm not sure... Single income family at the moment and being that i could realistically only get the box once a week...maybe twice on the odd special week here and there i can't really make the investment worthwhile. I kind of have to wait until the footy that i am refereeing finishes up so that i can free up some time. That will be about May which is when i started coming last year. Miss it like crazy though and it is just about impossible to replicate the same intensity on your own at home.

Thats exactly what I have found, the intensity is hard to replicate by yourself.
Would be good to get you back on the odd occasion, sunday sessions are awesome to man, even come for one of those.

Hope all else is well.
