Strength/Power WOD
3 sets of 3 reps squat clean

Result: 42.5kgs (failed on 2nd rep of 45kg)

Metcon WOD
one round for time:
500m row or 500m run
30 burpees
10 push press/push jerk 75/35kg

Result: 7.49

WOD:
Walking lunge 35m.
21 Pull-ups
21 Sit-ups
Walking lunge 35m.
18 Pull-ups
18 Sit-ups
Walking lunge 35m.
15 Pull-ups
15 Sit-ups
Walking lunge 35m.
12 Pull-ups
12 Sit-ups
Walking lunge 35m.
9 Pull-ups
9 Sit-ups
Walking Lunge 35m.
6 Pull-ups
6 Sit-ups

Result: 15.35 (brain forgot to work and accidently did an extra lap of lunges which resulted in me having to do 30 burpees :( so this time is fairly inaccurate)

-Power cleans (30kg)
-Thrusters (30kg)
-Chin ups
-400m run

Result: 26mins (SLOW!! this was hard...chins ended up being 1 at a time and i was looking forward to cake most of the workout)

Crossfit Certification level 1
Death by broom stick, Fran and team workout (12mins: 200m run -pace setter, SDHP, box jumps, pushups)


Date: Mon 28th Sept 2009

WOD:
21, 15, 9
- Clean & press (30kg)
- Kettle bell swings (16kg)
- 1 legged Squats

Result: 16mins (the time seemed alright in comparsion to others on the cfx site but didnt specify what weight...)

Result: 3kg (only 1 rep 4kg and failed at 5kg)


Tire flips (90kg, 80m)
