Myself, dieter, and Dan W trained at CrossFit Marina this morning. Very helpful coach Steve who filmed our session the went through our movements. We interrupted their session they had programmed and they welcomed us in.

We decided to do Grace first.
30reps clean and jerk with 62kg (135lbs)

My time was 1min 46 timed by the nicest looking chick in the WHOLE of America. I think Dan and Dieter will back me up on

Second WOD after 10min rest
AMRAP in 7mins
7 deadlift at 145kg
20m run
14 pistols
21 double unders
20m run

Got out 2 double unders short of 5 rounds

4 rounds and 19 double unders

My hands are screwed from the games and I could nit even grab the bar for Grace with out blood dripping on the bar for the first rep let alone 30 reps and and then deadlift.

Looking forward to training maybe again today.

Well it has been hot the last few days and woke a little stiff after Murph yesterday. This morning was not nice
