warm up 400m run with butt kicks, high knees, side to side, side to rotation
general warm up
10 OHS
strict press 5 reps at 20kg
strict press 1 rep at 30kg
session single arm lifts tried bilateral (2 arm lift at 65kg and it was F@#Ked)
strict press 1,1,1,1,1
push press 3,3,3,3,3
push jerk 5,5,5,5,5
strict press 35, 37.5, 40, 40, 42.5 (f)............... max lift 40kg
push press 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5 (f), 47.5(f)............ max lift 45kg
push jerk 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5, 50(f).............max lift 47.5kg
strength work out finisher 3 sets of 10 reps with 1 min(60sec) rest between sets.
3 sets of squats 10 reps........... 120kg straight through
