30 times 60kg push press
800m run
20 times 60kg push press
1600m run
10 times 60kg push press

Time: 16m39

3/4 bodyweight is actually 75kg, so will go the full weight next time.
Give 100% or don't bother trying

Good time last night Dieter, especially coming off of your break. You have the potential to be a fantastic athlete mate, keep training hard!

1500m swim - slow pace becasue first swim after surgery.

Followed by 5km run - 19min.
Pretty happy with time. Used pose method of running for the first time and will keep using it. Need to strengthen calves to increase efficiency.

100kg, 140kg, 160kg, 165kg(fail), 140kg, 150kg, 150kg.

Max 160kg.

10 wall ball 9kg
10 burpees (touching mark on wall)
10 kettle bell swings 24kg

Result - 10 rounds + 3 burpees
