WOD

Five rounds for time of:
60/40kg Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 1 lap of gym


Feels great to be back.

7k stomp with 15kg bag.

Globo Gym:
30 GHD sit ups
30 push ups
30 GHD sit ups 8kg med ball
300 push ups
GHD sit ups med ball over head
30 push ups
20 GHD sit ups med bal side to side
30 push ups
20 GHD sit ups (10 @ 8kg)
30 push ups

after session 1.5km run, cool down

not timed but less then 20 mins.
