As many round as possible in 10min of-
7 sumo deadlift high pulls (20kg)
7 burpees

Did 5 complete and 7 SDL

Completely buggered. :?

For me part 50 part 25

For time:
50 step ups, 50 ring pulls, 50 Kettlebell swings (12kg),Walking Lunge 50 steps,50 sit ups,50 Push press (10kg)50 Back extensions (prone leg and arm raise),25 Wall ball shots (9kg ball), 25 Burpees, 400 Run.........
45min 46 sec
