15 Dead lift (40kg)
12 Thrusters (Scaled with dumbells)
9 Burpees (Nanna ones)
6 Box Jumps (1 tyre)
6 Ring pull ups with bands, 6 dips

Good to be able to do the 3 rounds sticking to 40kg dead lifts..... :D

Really good effort tonight!! Only 10kg's behind Leigh in the deadlifts. Really good lifting!
