Seven rounds for time of
60 Front squat, 3 reps
7 L-pull-ups

I did pull ups with knee to elbows.

Time 18.51 DNF Finisher only did 15 9kg wall balls and 15 Burpees.

Shit! Welcome back to crossfit after 5 months off. Lost alot of strength.
