On the minute for 10min or until failure to complete the set in that minute: Chin Must clear the bar on each pull up. Sit out failed rounds. Maximum time 20 mins.

Wollstonecraft 8.5km run

43 mins 8 seconds

Felt good. Stopped 3 times for shoelaces. A bit of sprint training and another game of soccer and will give 40 mins a crack next week.
