I second Daz on Marti's MASSIVE squat and also congrats to DAz on his Fran. Glad he is getting back to full fitness.

Congratulations to Christie this morning who did all her pull ups on the lightest band!!!! Massive effort from not being able to hang on the bar with her own body when she started!!!

I'm not sure if this is a achievement to be posted here, but I think I've this from the advice I've been receiving at Norwest, re; training and nutrition. I went to see my doctor and he's reduced my migraine medication from 2 tablets daily to one and advised that the new nutrition would have helped but also need to keep up the relaxation and meditation and if that all works ok, then I'll be able to come off them completely
Strength is more than just the number of plates on the bar. It is everything that is overcome with each lift

Another achievement for me tonight

CROSSFIT TOTAL
1RM Back Squat - 117.5kg - NEW PB!! - Old Weight - 115kg
1RM Strict Press - 47.5kg - NEW PB!! - Old Weight 42.5kg
1RM Deadlift - 140kg - Old Weight - 135kg

Old Crossfit Total - 292.5kg
New Crossfit Total - 305kg!!!

Really stoked I managed crack 300kg, that was my goal for tonight!
