Love the shirt idea, but wouldn't the 3rd rule be: "you cannot wear a shirt about Kez's 500 club?"
People are free to train as they please and addapt the program to achieve their own goals,
but I think the official 500 club will be limited to the following compound gymnastics movements:
1. Pushups
2. burpees
3. Wallballs
4. KTE's
Pick one and stick to for the entire 10 weeks.
(note pushups and burpees will be better pick as you can do them at home.)
