From DAN T.

Anyone have an opinion on Chinese food? Is this the reason you are hungry so soon afterwards?

Just to answer Dans question the other day about chinese food and why you can eat for 3 hours and then be hungry about 20mins later. I think it is due to the massive insulin response that happens when you ingest all the bad carbohydrate. Along with msg etc.

I once thought that if i was to pick a healthy take away food it would be chicken pad thai. However this was by far wrong and I only heard recently that chicken pad thai is one of the worst foods you can have. Now if I am in the situation to have a chinese style or thai take away I will have the stemaed vegetables with a chicken and alomnd or cashew dish. Something like that.
