Some of you may or may not be aware that Jason Garton (big Jase) and his wife recently celebrated the birth of their first child. I would like to congratulate them both and there achievement and wish them well for the future. See you soon mate

Howdy all,

Thanks for all the congratulations. Emma's back home already and doing fine, eating, poo-ing and having a good sleep, but Jess has told me i've got to get back to the Crossfit because I end up getting cranky if i don't manage to get any exercise in. Waking up at 1am to change a nappy doesn't count......
