Hi guys,
A great turnout tonight for the lecture on diet and nutrition.
I am going to keep this as a place to share some really good links for further reading.
Clearly, my preference is Paleo, but any zone links of note I will try and include - but I dont know a lot of good sites on that topic.

So for Paleo reading.
First link, which is my favourite for beginners, is Marks Daily Apple.
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/
Everything is covered, health, wellbeing, diet, exercise, sleep, in a real easy to understand way.
The best place to start is the below link, add your email to get his newsletter, and you get sent daily a few links to important articles on his site that will really get you up to speed and fast.

Next, my personal fav for Paleo athletes, and everyone who puts in at Norwest is an athlete, is of course Rob Wolf. Ignore the crossfit politics that comes up from time to time, the guy knows his stuff and is changing lives.
http://robbwolf.com/
He has a heap of info on that site and a great podcast. Download them and listen in your own time, on the Ipod, driving to work etc.

And of course, The Paleo Diet.

The zone.

Anyone with any other links, post them here.

If anyone is interested in the peer-reviewed articles - go to pubmed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/) and search hunter-gatherer, or loren cordain and see what comes up. Otherwise I've attached a pdf that is not too sciencey, and pretty good, probably posted it before somewhere.
