Cheap meat and veg

Whilst not grainfed, you can pretty much get anything here and its cheap.
Whole rumps are about $6 a kilo and they will slice if for free for you.
Pendle Hill Meat Market.

For cheap fruit and veg, find your local green grocer. Stay away from woolies as best you can.
Whatever is in season will be cheap and better for you as its grown properly.

Failing that, get yourself to flemington markets on Sat morn, or parklea on a sun afternoon when its happy hour, about 4pm. Rockmelons for a dollar....Everything 1 dolla!

You're a champ Dan, was going to ask for this address.

Also, isn't grassfed > grainfed?
Do now what others don't,
So later on you will have what others won't.

just saw the typo, yes grassfed meat is better, and my original post should read that this meat is likely grain fed, not grassfed.
