Fruit is something that you can generally get away eating to much off, if your active, but its best to keep in moderation, especially if your "leaning out" - a nice way of saying losing weight.
Remember sugar makes you fat, gives you cholesterol problems, and will kill you in numerous other ways - avoid high doses of fruit, and avoid it altogether in other foods...
So in order of good to bad.
Berries.
Any berry, and they are pretty cheap at the moment, blueberries are awesome, full of antioxidants, strawberries - I dont know any girl that doesnt like her strawberries, blackberries, rasberries etc all good. Typical paleo food, very hunter gatherer stuff, when picking a food, antioxidants, Flavinoids, are basically represented by colour, so the more colour, the deeper the colour, the more of this goodness it will likely possess.
They are also the lowest GI fruit, a great sugar fix if you need one.
Cherries are also good here, think of the colour, deep red.
Figs, apples, pears, apricots, plums, are probably next on my list. Avoid nectarines, very high sugar. Very handy fruit as well. Can keep fine during the day.
Next is melons, again, lots of water, lots of colour, lowish gi, very paleo, eat when in season.
For special treats, a few times a week max, go your tropical fruits, nectarines, lychees, paw paw etc.
And Bananas, best kept to post workout where they are actually pretty good at replacing muscle glycogen, but I wouldnt be eating them at any other time.
Remember try to not eat fruit by itself, get a fat and protein source going with it as well.
