B 0630 - 3 egg omlette, low heated olive oil, peach, only a tiny amount of nuts, 5ml O3

S 1100 - tuna, peach (i forgot nuts today)

L 1230 - chicken, salad mix, carrot, tomato, apple

PWO - tuna, sweet potato

D 2000 - kangaroo, salad mix, carrot, tomato, few grapes, couple of nuts and a dessert spoon of coconut oil, 5ml O3 (then another 5ml an hour later)

Will have to put EVOO on the salad for lunch and am also going to try dropping the carbs (fruit) from the day and moving my carbs PWO as much as possible. This will take some time as I have such a sweet tooth for fruit. When I get the chance I want to run what I eat through a basic macronutrient breakdown. Havent done that for a while. I'd encourage people to do it at least some point.

I ran a very, very rough estimation of today through fitday and got this: any thoughts?

EVOO = Extra virgin olive oil.

Adrian, some thoughts.
Its a highish carb diet. Surprised me as I eat more fruit than you, im going to fitday myself to see what I am doing.
Its not enough protein, 1 gram per pound of body weight, puts you needing at least 60 more grams net of protein.
Fat is shit hot.

I am not so sure about this fitday, turns out I eat 4500 calories.
I think I even eat more most days.
I know I put away over 300grams of fat a day, so thats accurate. Carbs is a bit high I reckon.

Shit man - 4500 calories? Could be a bit out.. Just looked at Calorie King and it gave me approx 700cal for 400gms of steak. Fitday has it at 1000cal - who knows what else is out.

I thought my carb intake was ok: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-prim ... continuum/ and I picked up on that lack of protein straight away. I do want to get away from the fruit and move the majority of carbs PWO ala Rob Wolf. I need a bit of tweaking.
