on minute, for 10 mins
5 Burpees, then thrusters 40kg. Total number of thrusters. = 54.

Finisher - same again, get half of total in 5 minutes. achieved 27 in 4 rounds.

80 KG DEADLIFTS, WORKING UP TO FULL AGAIN, WILL STILL BE A WHILE, NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY.

'FLIGHT SIMULATOR' 5-10-15-20UP TO 50, THEN BACK DOWN. UNBROKEN, IF BROKEN, REPEAT. 20MINS TIME LIMIT.

DNF. THAT WAS HARD, GOT TO 45 UP.

PUNISHMENT 150 KB SWINGS 24 KG, 9MIN SOMETHING.

How'd the deadlift feel today mate? What'd they feel like? Any pain/tightness?

Back has pulled up very sore. Clearly not ready for deadlifts yet. Back to non deadlift WODs
