Fight Gone Bad

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.
This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. 3 rounds!


The stations are:
Wall-ball: 9kg ball, 3m target. (Reps) Scaled - 5kg ball
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 30kg (Reps) Scaled - 20 kgs
Box Jump: (Reps) Scaled - Step Ups
Push-press: 30kg (Reps) Scaled - 20 kgs
Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.
On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score.
One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Wall-ball: 22/12/12
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 15/10/11
Box Jump: 16/15/15
Push-press: 15/8/10
Row: calories 11/9/10

Thursday 11th Feb 2010

5 rounds for time of:

2 x Rope Climbs - Scaled 20 x towel pull ups and 20 x sit ups
10 x Push-Ups
20 x Squats (broad jumps)
200m Row

24 Min 13 Sec

* Ran the warm up 400 metres to test my ankle, still slight pain on corners only, running straight seems to be ok.
** Did the broad jumps, trying to land evenly on both ankles each time. Pulled up a little sore afterwards and applied ice when I got home.
*** Rowed instead of running

Overall, I think that my ankle is definately improving but still not 100%.
