Skipping (Double Unders)
unbroken each set for time (Time limit 20 Mins)
15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150, 135, 120, 105, 90, 75, 60, 45, 30, 15
Made it to 150 skips, failed a few times but was determined to make it to 150 made it just in time before the 20 Minutes mark!
Normal skipping as unable to do double unders at this stage.
