50 x Pull Ups - BAR!!! with Bands
400M run
21 x Thrusters - 20Kgs
800M Run
21 x Thrusters - 20Kgs

50 x Pull Ups (40 on Rings but finished last 10 on bar)
In the warm up I attempted to do pull ups on the bar rather than the rings and did it!! John than told me that I had to do the WOD too on the bar.
Went with a lighter weight for the Thrusters as I just really wanted to do the first 50 on the bar if I could get through them. So happy.
Did the first 50 on the bar and my arms were just burning, then after the thrusters they were gone!
The last set of pull ups was a struggle on the rings but I wanted and did the last 10 on the bar.
