3 eggs and handful of grapes
lunch: 1/2 breast chicken grilled and a greek salad..( cost me $10.90 from shop coz i was lazy and didnt pack lunch

)
Dinner: grilled chicken breast and salad and beetroot
Friday 26.02.10
Breaky: 4 muffin size quiches made of : capsicum, mushroom, bok choy, zuchinni and leg ham off the bone made 14 and ate a banana after training

Lunch: 1/4 BBq chicken no skin and a punnet of strawberries
Diner: home made pumkin soup, chicken breast grillled and steamed vegies
