I'm curious. What test was that?

Rob asked her how much she weighed, to test her to see if she was complying (see some previous posts of Lisas referencing weighing herself and not happy with the results.....) - she luckily answered that she didnt know because she isnt allowed to weigh herself.

The big Red was pleased :)

Im gunna get kiara make me some of these
Like christie you may want to add some more regular snacks such as tin o fish with some fruit and nuts or a mini quiches or mini chicken salad or similar to stave of hunger and continue loading the metaboblism thoughout the day. you don't want all your caloiries in three or fewer big hits.
keep up the good work.

reduced fat natural set yogurt with some berries mixed ion a blender is a great snack but you'll have to ask dan if it is paleo approved!

Lol not paleo approved but in the scheme of things, if it gets you through the day, not a bad treat here and there. Yoghurt is better than milk for a few reasons. Natural pot set only.
