1st day...OMG here we go :))
2 strawberries before training

Breaky: 1 breaky patty and 1 cup fruit salad

lunch 1 breaky patty and 1 cup fruit salad and 3 pistachio's

dinner will be: 128g chicken breast, broccoli and cauliflower , avacado

Were you hungry?
It doesnt look like enough food for my liking. Your doing CrossFit - you need fuel.
Are you weighing and measuring like a Zone approach?

i was hungry in the afternoon,but wen i had dinner i was fine :)

i just cant see wot to eat for snacks thats practical and easy

i just dont want to eat too much coz i want results and fast and i am not seeing wot i want to see

Day 2

2 strawberries before training
find it very hard to eat anything after training..

Breaky... 3 eggs, 1 cup fruit salad and 3 pistacchio's

lunch... 125 g tinned salmon.. 1 cup fruit salad , 3 pistacchio's , 1 cup of chopped onions and tomatoes

dinner tonight...going to buy some fish...probably salmon....grilled with broccoli, cauliflower, zuchinni and cabbage

i dont use the computer at home..so i write what i am planning for dinner if anything changes it will be amended on the next days listing...

For snacks, cans of tuna/salmon, nuts, fruit, jerky (home made), heaps of things here.

Are you taking fish oil?
A multi vitamin?

My concerns are there is not going to be much fuel to train with. Your body will consume bodyfat stores during recovery, not during workouts, so if you dont fuel your workouts, and decent recovery, you cant train properly, meaning you wont make the gains you wish to.

For me I would up the fat, and protein, to keep you full and make sure your body doesnt go into starvation mode, and introduce snacks, but if you can get by on this and still workout ok, then stick to it.

As long as its not canned fruit salad, and the patties are home made, your food quality is spot on, very clean.

yep my fruit salads are fresh fruit cut up by me :)i put rockmelon, apples oranges, pears, grapes, watermelon, strawberries and frozen blueberries...coz i had some fresh and they tasted terrible..very sour :( and same with the breakfast patties...made them from the recipe from the forum..

i am hungry today though...in the morning i am hungry at lunchtime..so i might put an afternoon snack in...

yes i am taking fish oils ...about 5 a day..and taking glycosomine for my joints as i am old :))

i have a terrible addiction to food..so am trying to keep focused and modify my diet as i see things not working...

do my snacks have to be protein , carbs and fat...????

have been packing a protein shake incase i am starving and need something in my stomach...
